Fermentation wine tanks in winery Marqués de Riscal

A few years ago opened the winery from 1883, after being deeply reformed. This new winery, built in the City of Riscal wine,
incorporates all the requirements for making great wines: 1) Double selection table shelled grape (after cooling of the
clusters to prevent oxidation of the must) 2) The new vats developed fermentation in oak, which are made to reach the
grapes by gravity, avoiding the use of pressure pumps that could alter the quality of the wines.
